The Club at Avenue One is a residents-only clubhouse located within a residential community in San Jose. This new 12,000 sf two-story building consists of large gathering halls, an exercise and spin room, locker rooms, catering kitchen and a pool and spa with a separate pool restroom building.  

Numerous state-of-the-art amenities and features are included throughout the building. The installation of custom millwork, murals, a high tech audio/visual system and a high energy efficiency HVAC system are just a few of the elements that  give this building a modern, state of the art feel.  

The building includes wood and steel framing over a post-tensioned concrete floor, and the exterior consists of plaster, siding and stone veneer. Site amenities include a pool and spa, exterior fireplaces with new cool touch technology, cabanas, trellises, both decorative glass panel and iron fencing, fountains and landscaping.
